Congratulations – you are expecting a baby or perhaps you’ve already welcomed your new addition to your family!!!
I consider it such a privilege when I’m chosen to capture those precious early moments, not to remind you just what they looked like but also what it felt like snuggling up to them, playing with their little toes and breathing in that newborn deliciousness.
The early days with a newborn can feel like a blur. It’s a time of physical healing but also coming to terms with the reality of actually having a baby.
But let me tell you from my own experience (mum of 3 here) – time goes so fast. Before you realise it, they’ll be toddling around, so let’s celebrate welcoming this new little person into your family!
How does it work?
I offer 2 types of newborn photoshoots:
1. Lifestyle newborn photoshoot (at home)
I’ll photograph you in your home where you feel most relaxed, focusing on capturing little moments of connection between your baby and you. If you have older children, we can work around your routine. I act as an observer to capture your unique family dynamics, but I’ll always offer some guidance to get the best out of our time together. This session lasts between 1-2 hours. The beauty of this photoshoot is that it can be done anytime upto 6 weeks – we still want to capture the squishy newborn stage but we are not trying to put them into any elaborate poses.
2. Portrait newborn photoshoot (studio)
This session focuses on capturing your baby in a variety of poses. My style is natural posing and simple props, using natural light in my dedicated home studio in Leigh on Sea, Essex. It is preferable that your baby is between 7-14 days old to capture those squishy newborn sleepy poses, however I can work with babies who are a teensy bit older too. Alongside your baby’s photos, I will capture a variety of images with each parent, siblings as well as some family portraits. This session lasts upto 4 hours, depending how settled is your baby on the day.
pricing
Photoshoot pricing is separated into 2 stages: session fee and digital photo collections plus products.
Newborn at home session fee: £95
Portrait newborn session fee: £195
Usually, within 1 week from your photoshoot, you will receive a link to a private gallery to preview all your images in the comfort of your own home or online viewing can be arranged upon request (please do not hesitate to ask).
Digital collections and products are purchased after you have viewed your images so that you buy only what you love! Collections starts at £250.

Bump & Baby Packages
Mini package
If you’re booking your newborn session before your baby arrives and are toying with the idea of capturing the motherhood journey from the beginning, my Mini Maternity Sessions might just be the perfect way to remember your baby bump.
The ideal time for these is between 30-37 weeks but don’t hesitate to contact me any time. My aim is to make you feel comfortable and relaxed and can be done in style that resembles YOU!
COST: £125 and includes 3 digital images and their prints.*
*Only available with a newborn photoshoot as a package. To book your Mini maternity session, simply get in touch via the button below and add a note about the package you would like. A fee for your pregnancy session as well as your chosen newborn session will be due prior to your pregnancy photoshoot.
Maxi package
We can’t pause time, but photographs can.
This package offers a journey of your motherhood from the beginning to when you welcome your little one.
This package includes full pregnancy photoshoot and gives you 50% off your chosen newborn session fee (portrait or lifestyle). Book your pregnancy session through button below, your discount will be applied to your newborn photoshoot invoice which will be due before your newborn session.
