I want to remember when...​

Are you missing in your family photographs? I am definitely the one in our family who has to search hard to find a picture of myself.

Hands up who else has a partner who – even if the most adorable moment had happened in front of his/her eyes and a camera accidentally fell into their hands – it would not even cross their mind to take the damn picture!?

I’ve learned over the years to have my own family photoshoots (with me in them!), we need outside help. Someone who’s there at the right time to notice the subtleties in our family dynamics. I want our family story (whatever stage in our lives) to be told in a beautiful and thoughtful way. And I know I can’t always do this by myself.  

And that’s what I do for YOU on our shoot together.

THIS IS MORE THAN TAKING CANDID SHOTS, IT IS ABOUT CAPTURING IMAGES THAT REVEAL A STORY, A RELATIONSHIP, A FEELING, A GLIMPSE OF FAMILY LIFE AS IT IS RIGHT NOW…

Lifestyle photography is a great way to capture your family just the way it is and indulge in activities you do as a family together. There’s never perfect time, the perfect age, the perfect weight, the best season. Perfect does not exist and what we have is now. 

Whether it is indoors or outside, I will be on hand to pick the spot with the best light, and guide you if you’re not quite sure what to do. I will never ask you to smile, instead I will try my bad jokes and I certainly don’t want anyone calling me cheese! From the experience, after a little while, everyone (even the most awkward person) gets into the flow – our children are the perfect leaders and attention stealers in the world. And as the focus changes from “where should I look?” to naturally settle into the moments unfolding, that’s when the magic happens. By magic I mean real, natural and authentic photographs that tell your family story. Of course, I’ll never forget the obligatory one looking at the camera for the grandparents!

pricing

Photoshoot pricing is separated into 2 stages: session fee and digital photo collections plus products.

Session fee for family photoshoot is £95.

Usually, within 1 week from your photoshoot, you will receive a link to a private gallery to preview all your images in the comfort of your own home or online viewing can be arranged upon request (please do not hesitate to ask). Digital collections and products are purchased after you have viewed your images so that you buy only what you love! Collections starts at £250.
