"I had an idea of a Boudoir shoot as a surprise anniversary present for my husband. I was nervous to admit to anybody that I wanted to do it, but when I plucked up the courage to ask Petra, her response was so positive it really made me excited. We met to discuss my thoughts and hopes for the shoot and obviously for the final product. I prepped for the day by doing my hair and having my make up professional done, which really helped to get me in the mood. It took a little bit of time to relax into it, it’s not everyday you strip down to your (sexy) undies in front of anyone, especially someone with a camera! But I did relax and that’s because Petra is so wonderful and patient and kind and caring but also so professional at the same time. She had some fantastic suggestions for poses, knowing exactly what angles to use to capture the best shots. We took our time experimenting and even found some poses by accident. It was a really great day! When we met to review the shots, it was very daunting. To see myself as I actually look, not how I see myself in my minds eye. It took some time to accept that and then choose the ones I wanted to keep, but I am so pleased with my choices. My husband was of course over the moon also. 😋 and to admit I have shown them to a few people now, as I am actually so proud of them. It was the most empowering thing I have ever done in my life, and will probably always will be. If you want an experience to remember forever and be proud of forever…. DO IT! You won’t regret it! Also… I would love to be looking down from above when the day comes that my children find them when they clear our house! 🤪 Thank you Petra I 100% recommend!! Clare x

Boudoir photography is about capturing more than just a beautiful photo. It empowers and boosts confidence. It’s about helping you see your own strength, softness, and true beauty. It’s a gentle reminder that you are more than enough, exactly as you are.

My aim is to photograph you in a way that feels organic and thoughtful, making sure you’re comfortable and free to just be yourself.

What to expect

Booking a boudoir photoshoot is a powerful step toward celebrating yourself. It’s about embracing your individuality, capturing your beauty, and creating a meaningful experience you’ll cherish forever.

1. The Consulation

During your consultation, we’ll discuss your expectations, vision, and what you hope to get out of your session. This is your chance to share what excites you, your style preferences, and any concerns you may have, so we can tailor your photoshoot to reflect you.

2. The style

This is where the fun begins! Together, we’ll plan the style of your shoot, choose the perfect location, and curate outfits that make you feel confident and beautiful. Whether it’s something bold, soft, or completely unique, every detail is designed to highlight your personality.

3. The photoshoot

Nerves are natural, but I’ll be there to guide you every step of the way. Professional hair and makeup will ensure you feel your best, and I’ll provide gentle direction to make posing feel effortless and natural. My goal is to create a comfortable and safe space.

4. The reveal

After your session, you’ll receive access to a private online gallery to view your stunning images in the comfort of your home or we can arrange online viewing if you’d like a help choosing your photos (please do not hesitate to ask).

You’ll have the opportunity to choose from digital collections and in addition able to also purchase bespoke products like beautiful albums and folio boxes—perfect for preserving these moments forever.

Digital collections start at £325. Session fee and MUA paid separately at the time of booking.
