Have you ever wondered what it looks like to have pregnancy/maternity photoshoot in my home studio?
Consultation process
During our time together – from consultation through your photoshoot and postproduction, my aim is for you to feel as comfortable as possible and listened to your wants and desires. I want to show you how beautiful you are and how incredible this stage of your motherhood is – with swollen ankles and all!
Your consultation can be as simple as filling in my form with as much detail as possible and/or a brief chat about your options for photos, wardrobe, timeline…
Your session
Before this photoshoot with Ash, she expressed that she would like a mix of gorgeous maternity nudes and some classic pregnancy portraits with her partner. She brought her own outfit but also changed into couple of the gowns I have in my studio.
I have suggested to use the light as a backdrop to create beautiful silhouettes to enhance her pregnancy curves and use of fabrics to create dreamy look.
Ash’s partner joined us at the beginning of the session and then we carried on on our own.
Your pregnancy photoshoot is guided, so even if you are not sure how to pose, I will find flattering angles, but keeping the focus on your baby bump. There is no rush and we can take break as and when you need it.
What happens after our photoshoot?
The culling and editing process take place. I aim to have your online gallery ready within a week. In the comfort of your home, you can then select your favourite images which then will be individually handled in post production – edited in colour and converted into B/W for your convenience within 1-3 weeks.
It was such delight to work with Ash and I always feel so honoured to be chosen to document one’s family life and capture these beautiful memories for you.
