Sessions take place at Launchpad, Cherry Orchard Way, Southend in Essex. You’ll have two location options: outdoors in the surrounding area or indoors in the communal spaces.

Anyone who needs professional photos for their website, LinkedIn, social media, CV, presentations or publications. Whether you’re just starting out, need to update your headshots or simply want photos you’re actually proud to share, this is for you.

After booking you’ll receive a short questionnaire to help me personalise your session. On the day, you’ll sign in at the reception where I’ll be waiting for you at the time of your session. Then I’ll photograph you in different spots around your chosen location, guide you throughout and work efficiently to get the results you’re looking for. Most people are surprised by how quickly it goes and how much they actually enjoy it.

Honestly, most people I photograph feel exactly the same way. I photograph real people, not models. I’ll guide you into the best light, direct you into poses, even demonstrate and make sure you feel comfortable throughout. 

You don’t need to match your brand colours, complementing them works much better. I’d suggest clothes you can layer up or down throughout the session for varied look. Above all, wear something you feel confident and comfortable in, well fitted and not too restrictive. Your discomfort will show in the photos.

Absolutely. If you’d like more candid shots that show your personality or the nature of your work, props are a great idea. Just mention it in your questionnaire and we’ll make sure to incorporate them.

Click the ‘Book now’ button, then select your preferred time slot and complete the short booking form. Your session is secured once your invoice is paid (invoice will be automatically emailed to you so please check your spam folder). Once confirmed you’ll receive a contract and short questionnaire to prepare for your session.

Please note each slot is for one person only. If you have a business partner, you’re welcome to book two consecutive slots and we can capture a few group shots together if you’d like.

Within a week of your session you’ll receive a link to a private online gallery with approximately 15-20 images to choose from. Once you’ve made your selections I’ll edit each image individually, ensuring natural colours, accurate skin tones, blemishes removed and very subtle skin smoothing if required. Your final images will be delivered as a high resolution download within 1-2 weeks of ordering. Additional images are available to purchase with no obligation to do so.

The headshot day mini session format isn’t suited to group bookings however if you’re looking for team headshots please get in touch and we can discuss a bespoke session that works for your whole team.

My Headshot days run twice yearly only. If you need to reschedule I’m happy to transfer your booking to the next available date or you’re welcome to put it towards my normal Headshot session at convenient time. Cancellations are handled at my discretion depending on circumstances. Please get in touch as soon as possible and we’ll find the best solution.
